Bilingual Collector

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Collector to join our team. As a Bilingual Collector, you will be responsible for communicating with borrowers in a professional and courteous manner, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Communicate with borrowers in English and Spanish to resolve account issues and provide payment options
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with borrowers and resolve conflicts
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely account updates
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-5 years of experience in a collection or customer service role
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
