Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the various elements of fire protection projects, including fire alarm systems, VESDA, and specialized hazard systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the comprehensive aspects of assigned projects, focusing on fire alarm, VESDA, clean agent, and control systems.
  • Facilitate effective communication regarding project status with clients and internal teams.
  • Support the development of plans to adhere to project timelines and milestones.
  • Contribute to design processes, material lists, and scheduling as required.
  • Collaborate with field Superintendents and other Project Managers to address project needs and monitor progress.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred NICET certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the fire protection industry.
  • Design experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with estimating and job costing is preferred.
  • Experience with VESDA and clean agent systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of working with General Contractors.
  • Experience in team building and managing large-scale construction projects.
