As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, split systems, and central station air handlers.
- Supervise and support field personnel on larger jobs, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, project managers, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform daily site inspections to ensure a safe working environment and report any safety concerns to the safety supervisor.
- Prepare and submit accurate paperwork, including material pick sheets and refrigerant tracking forms.
- Responsible for the startup of equipment, ensuring proper wiring, refrigerant charging, and safety procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
