TAREAS ESENCIALES
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Recursos Humanos y Operaciones para comprender las necesidades de contratación
- Utilizar el Sistema de Seguimiento de Solicitudes para gestionar candidatos a lo largo del proceso de reclutamiento
- Uso diario de hojas de cálculo de Excel: Seguimiento de Candidatos, Detalles de Reclutamiento por Sucursal, Incentivos de Contratación, Productividad del Reclutador
- Asistir con patrocinios de bolsas de trabajo, campañas en redes sociales y publicaciones de trabajo en ATS
- Parsear currículos en el Sistema de Seguimiento de Solicitudes
- Buscar y reclutar candidatos pasivos para roles difíciles de llenar
- Filtrar currículos y solicitudes de candidatos
- Evaluar el conocimiento, habilidades, habilidades blandas, experiencia y aptitudes relevantes de los solicitantes
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas con candidatos y proporcionar retroalimentación a los gerentes de contratación
- Coordinar entrevistas utilizando ATS integrado y Asistente de Programación de Outlook para filtrar candidatos dentro del horario
