Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Rochester Regional Health

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a long-term and post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and direct the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
