About the Role

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Mayo Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the development of innovative treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
  • Utilize a range of techniques, including exercise, equipment, and physical agents, to restore optimal mobility and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Participate in operational and performance improvement initiatives to enhance the department's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and charges.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
