About the Role

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Mayo Clinic, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve optimal mobility and functional ability.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct age-specific assessments to gather data relevant to patients' individual needs.
  • Develop and implement plans of care, perform treatments, and assess patients' responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Delegate and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff, as needed.
  • Participate in operational and performance improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
  • Obtained or eligible to obtain a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
