Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a team of high-achieving personnel, including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for all members, prospective clients, and guests, ensuring adherence to exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manage all aspects of staff operations, including scheduling, leading by example, payroll management, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Supervise front desk operations, which encompass answering inquiries, checking in members, processing new memberships, conducting tours, and addressing member requests.
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the facility.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the fitness center.
  • Direct marketing initiatives and ensure staff are informed and trained on all promotional activities.
  • Authorize financial transactions and refunds, as well as manage daily bank deposits.
  • Prepare all necessary HR documentation and submit to corporate payroll.
  • Monitor and report on various statistics.
  • Provide backup support for absent employees.
Compensation: $36K Annual Salary
