Position Overview

The Senior Finance Operations Manager will engage in intricate financial evaluations, oversee financial reporting systems, collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting, support decision-making processes, and contribute to the development of presentations for Executive and Board meetings.

Key Responsibilities:


• Aggregate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outcomes, including variances against forecasts and budgets, as well as identifying opportunities and risks.


• Conduct moderate to advanced financial analyses on performance and projections.


• Revise, create, and sustain financial reports and operational review documents for the executive management team to facilitate strategic decision-making.


• Partner with essential business leaders to formulate and manage the annual budget while providing variance analysis.


• Aid in decision-making by delivering forward-looking analyses and insights, including scenario planning.


• Collaborate with key functional leaders to ensure alignment and accountability for relevant financial assumptions and plans, leading to improved performance.


• Provide precise financial results, including thorough analysis of key expenditures during budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes.


• Identify and implement enhancements to the financial planning and analysis capabilities and processes of the business unit.


• Develop standardized methodologies and pinpoint opportunities for automation that enhance planning and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA or Master’s degree is advantageous.


• At least two years of professional experience in a Corporate Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis role.


• Experience in the Fintech or Software (SaaS) industry is preferred.


• Proven ability to construct and maintain complex financial models.


• Must exhibit proactivity, resourcefulness, and a strong desire to learn.


• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel capabilities.


• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and other business partners.


• Familiarity with NetSuite and Anaplan is a significant advantage.
