Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with patient care, clerical, and clinical tasks
- Collect, process, and return routine testing results to doctors
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and medical staff
- Work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Perform CLIA waived moderate testing and other laboratory procedures
- Manage patient referrals, lab results, and medical records
- Collect and process payments, scan documents, and discharge patients
- Answer phones, post charges, and perform coding and billing tasks
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Graduation from an accredited Health Sciences program or higher
- Current BLS, PALS/ACLS, and Certification
- Valid drivers license and CMA certificate/license
- Phlebotomy experience and CMA course completion
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
