Position Overview:
- Deliver safe and effective patient care in an outpatient environment.
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Take on relief charge responsibilities as assigned.
- Conduct thorough patient education for individuals and their families.
- Engage with patients of various age demographics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established patient safety protocols.
- Assist in emergency interventions when required.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Contribute to the coordination of patient care.
- Facilitate patient education and promote self-management strategies.
- Support patient triage and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in NM or a reciprocal state.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Ability to meet heavy physical demands of the role.
- Experience with diverse patient populations is preferred.
