Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Clothing Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell merchandise and provide product knowledge to customers
  • Assist customers with ordering specialized merchandise and provide recommendations
  • Receive and display merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Answer customer telephone inquiries and provide assistance with general floor maintenance
  • Participate in inventory cycle activities and move merchandise using material handling tools and equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of retail floor sales techniques and ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
  • Ability to resolve difficult customer service issues and demonstrate teamwork
  • Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques is desired
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work majority of shift standing and lift up to 75 pounds to move merchandise and participate in resets, remodels, and reconstruction projects.
