Job Description

As an IT Network and Support Specialist at Ally Communications, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from troubleshooting technical issues to implementing new network hardware and software.

Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk: Provide timely and effective support to our clients and internal teams, resolving issues and answering questions related to our IT systems.
  • Projects: Collaborate with our projects team to design, implement, and train clients on our Ally Voice VoIP platform.
  • Tier 2 Support: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing subject matter expertise and coaching to our Tier 1 team.
  • General Responsibilities: Maintain accurate documentation, manage client and internal documentation, and ensure 80% utilization between help desk and projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two or more years working in a helpdesk environment.
  • Qualifications and Certifications: A+, N+, Project+, Security+, MSP, MCSE, CCNA.
  • Skills: Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience designing and managing advanced IT infrastructure, excellent time management and conflict management skills.
