Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support to individuals facing mental health issues, substance use disorders, or who are victims of crime.
  • Facilitate connections to community resources, social services, and mental health programs to meet specific needs.
  • Keep accurate, confidential case records, including initial assessments, progress updates, and final outcomes.
  • Build positive relationships with the community to encourage collaboration and promote well-being.
  • Work closely with the facility to address the needs of vulnerable populations and respond to crisis calls related to mental health and behavioral concerns.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in social work.
  • Valid Michigan (MI) LBSW license.
  • Valid driver license and a safe driving record.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system and modern legal terminology, particularly related to victim rights.
  • Familiarity with community programs, resources, and social services to provide appropriate referrals and support.
  • Expertise in effective intervention techniques and the ability to introduce appropriate solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in producing professional-quality reports and correspondence.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Records Management Systems (RMS).
What We Offer:

Adelphi Medical Staffing offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 and a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
