Key Responsibilities- Provide around-the-clock supervision and support to youth, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with other professional staff to achieve goals.
- Monitor and document youth behaviors and activities, providing regular updates to supervisors.
- Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, promoting a positive and engaging environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Desire to work with youth and possess a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $20 USD.
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days of employment.
