Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator. The successful candidate will be tasked with the operation of CNC machinery to manufacture precision-engineered components.
Work Schedule: This position operates on the first shift, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines including Lathe, Mill, and/or EDM
- Ensure the production of components meets established customer specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs and perform tool changes
- Conduct quality inspections on completed components
- Adhere to the Quality Management System standards
- Report any operational challenges and provide constructive feedback to management
- Foster positive working relationships with peers and supervisors
- Follow additional directives from management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; further CNC education is a plus
- Strong proficiency in CNC machinery, tooling, and operational processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage complex tasks
- Able to thrive in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment
