We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our Urology Department at South Shore Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care to patients in the ambulatory setting.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as ordered by the provider.
- Conduct nurse visits with patients who require treatments, catheter changes, or oncologic treatments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing as validated through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum one year's previous acute care RN experience preferred.
- Procedural, specialty oncology, or urology experience preferred.
- Current BLS CPR-Basic Life Support Certification.
