Key Responsibilities- Plan, Coordinate, and Provide Nursing Care Services: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Supervise and Mentor Care Team Members: Lead and guide our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Administer Medications and Interventions: Safely and accurately administer medications and implement nursing interventions to stabilize and prevent complications.
- Assess and Notify Physicians of Changes in Resident Status: Monitor and report changes in resident health status to our physicians, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Contribute to Resident Assessments and Care Plans: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification
