This role requires 1-2 years of Housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication and leadership skills. A college degree is preferred, but not required.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Housemen, inspecting guest rooms, preparing reports, and participating in quality assurance initiatives. You will also need to maintain open communication with Front Desk and Engineering departments, report maintenance issues, and monitor inventory levels.
