We operate under the principle that by focusing on one job and excelling at it, we achieve greater success as a whole. As a Licensed Clinician with Thriveworks, you'll have the autonomy to do what you're trained to do, with support from our team.
The ideal candidate will possess one of the following independent licenses in Michigan:
- LPC or LMFT or LMSW or LMSW-C
- Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they'll be practicing.
Compensation: Up to $130,000 annually, based on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
What We Need:
- Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- A true partnership
- Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support)
- Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
- Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
- Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care to name a few
- Individuals who enjoy being part of a team and working together to professionally develop
