About the Role
  • Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties due to illness or injury.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary home health team focused on patient care and established goals.
  • Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure patient goals are met.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP license in Michigan.
  • Minimum of 2 years of speech therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
  • CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,400 - $110,100, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
