Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Operations Manager to join our team. As a Theatre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our theatre, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring, Training, and Development: Hire, train, and develop a team of theatre staff to provide attentive and efficient service to our guests.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or concerns from guests and employees in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Theatre Operations: Monitor theatre activity and ensure that it is properly staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Staff Management: Ensure that staff members follow company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate personnel records and certifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old at the time of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in theatre management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
