As a Theatre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our theatre, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring, Training, and Development: Hire, train, and develop a team of theatre staff to provide attentive and efficient service to our guests.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts or concerns from guests and employees in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Theatre Operations: Monitor theatre activity and ensure that it is properly staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- Staff Management: Ensure that staff members follow company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate personnel records and certifications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- At least 21 years old at the time of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in theatre management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
