The successful candidate will possess a solid background in construction practices and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive inspections to verify adherence to building codes and project specifications.
- Offer expert guidance on roofing replacements to ensure superior workmanship.
- Engage with contractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve any identified issues.
Qualifications:
- Preferred RRO certification.
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes and industry regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with TPO and BUR roofing systems.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and manage heavy equipment.
