LOCATION: On-Site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Exhibits and utilizes extensive knowledge in the field through the successful execution of moderately complex tasks;
  • Maintains a strong process orientation and discipline to ensure adherence to both Corporate and Client protocols;
  • Employs critical thinking skills to identify and implement enhanced efficiencies and process optimizations;
  • Demonstrates effective communication abilities to engage professionally with all organizational levels;
  • Shows adaptability to undertake additional projects and adjust to shifting priorities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 5-8+ years of pertinent experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience;
  • Familiarity with automatic train control systems concepts and principles, along with current signaling standards;
  • Understanding of safety standards and practices required at project sites;
  • Experience in the installation and testing of train control systems;
  • Proficiency in customer engagement and adaptation of their processes;
  • Working knowledge of Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) products, particularly in installation support and testing, is a significant advantage;
  • Experience in deploying fixed block signaling systems is a strong asset;
  • Field experience in a rail transit installation, testing, or support environment or similar technology application is valuable;
  • Experience in supporting field activities.
