KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exhibits and utilizes extensive knowledge in the field through the successful execution of moderately complex tasks;
- Maintains a strong process orientation and discipline to ensure adherence to both Corporate and Client protocols;
- Employs critical thinking skills to identify and implement enhanced efficiencies and process optimizations;
- Demonstrates effective communication abilities to engage professionally with all organizational levels;
- Shows adaptability to undertake additional projects and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 5-8+ years of pertinent experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience;
- Familiarity with automatic train control systems concepts and principles, along with current signaling standards;
- Understanding of safety standards and practices required at project sites;
- Experience in the installation and testing of train control systems;
- Proficiency in customer engagement and adaptation of their processes;
- Working knowledge of Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) products, particularly in installation support and testing, is a significant advantage;
- Experience in deploying fixed block signaling systems is a strong asset;
- Field experience in a rail transit installation, testing, or support environment or similar technology application is valuable;
- Experience in supporting field activities.
