About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Jaco Foods, Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in leading the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Great People to deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by making data-driven decisions and implementing effective strategies
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set clear goals and expectations, and provide continuous feedback to team members
  • Manage labor, inventory, and guest service to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to SONIC safety and sanitation standards
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk
