About the Ideal Candidate
We're seeking an experienced Benefits Manager who possesses a deep understanding of human resources, benefits administration, and regulatory laws. With a strong background in client-facing roles, you'll bring a consultative approach to managing client relationships and delivering tailored benefits solutions. Your technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, will enable you to effectively utilize benefit technology platforms. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification and prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services are desirable but not mandatory.
