Job Summary

The PBX Operator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication within the Saracen Casino Resort. This position requires a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor to handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all calls in a timely and efficient manner, directing calls and providing requested information.
  • Relay up-to-date information concerning casino events, promotions, and services.
  • Promote positive public relations by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the casino.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older upon employment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Scheduling flexibility and dependability required.
Working Conditions

The PBX Operator will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
