Your Role:

  • Lead and inspire your team by fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and hospitality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food quality control, and cost containment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, guests, and vendors to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in restaurant management. You possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.

A minimum of three years of experience managing high-volume restaurants is required, along with a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification in Arizona and an Arizona ServSafe Certification.
