We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychological evaluations, developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, and consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active Tennessee State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Paid weekly (W-2)
