{"Role Description": "Annual Check-In Psychologist

This position is for a Psychologist to provide Annual Check-Ins for those Agents, Attorneys, Intelligence Analysts and support staff working within the Child Predator Section and Computer Forensics Unit, Safe to Say Something and other personnel as needed.

", "Duties": "Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Annual Check-In evaluations for individuals working within the OAG.
  • Provide individual guidance and exercises as needed.
  • Evaluate individuals to determine suitability, recommendation, progress, and formulate individual prognosis.
  • Recommend ongoing therapy if necessary.
  • Bill for Annual Check-Ins using the names of personnel seen during the billing cycle.
  • Notify the Director of Human Resources and Office Services if any individual requires more than three additional follow-ups or refers the employee to another provider for additional follow-ups.
  • Preserve the lives of those threatened in imminent danger situations.

  • Experience in recognizing and addressing the mental health symptoms associated with law enforcement personnel who investigate and view child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
", "Minimum Qualifications": "Essential Requirements:
  • Possession of a current license to practice Psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of psychological evaluations.
  • Pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
  • Basic computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft office products.
  • Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Provider should be located within Pennsylvania.
  • Documented experience with Law Enforcement or Evaluating Law Enforcement. Psychologist should have a minimum of 5 years law enforcement experience providing psychological services to a law enforcement agency.
