As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of sales performance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform sales and customer service tasks, including processing transactions, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintain a high level of sales performance, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving company standards for sales metrics.
• Perform cashiering, stockroom upkeep, and store upkeep as needed, including receiving and processing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, walking, and moving around the store. You may also be required to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and climb ladders or stairs to stock and retrieve merchandise.
