We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Museum Staff Member. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including reception and exhibit descriptions
  • Manage ticket sales, crowd control, and verify ticket validity
  • Assist security personnel in checking guests' belongings and troubleshoot emergencies
  • Display, sell, and manage souvenir shop inventory, including ordering and restocking
  • Prepare and serve beverages, manage F&B store inventory, and maintain hygiene standards
  • Patrol the exhibition hall, ensuring content is in good condition, and manage exhibit materials
  • Collect lost items and deliver them to the gift shop, and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Service-oriented mindset, sales skills, and excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle emergencies, and collaborate with team members
  • Preferred qualifications include a Certified Food Safety Manager card and a Food Handler card
