Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, aiding in the analysis of financial data to assess current and future performance, including the coordination of monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning.
  • Collaborate with various departments and leadership to provide insights regarding reports, analytics, strategic initiatives, business plans, and performance targets.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss analysis, along with risk and opportunity assessments, providing commentary to enhance business understanding.
  • Support the consolidation of financials, fulfill monthly reporting obligations, deliver HQ requirements, and prepare special ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for management.
  • Recommend enhancements to the efficiency of financial reporting processes and budgeting.
  • Deliver accurate and timely feedback on discrepancies and any unsupported financial conditions.
  • Offer financial consulting related to pricing strategies and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Proficient in financial software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
