- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to provide exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience in PICU, Pediatrics, or Children's Services
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
