Job Summary

The Kids Team Member - Events Coordinator is a dynamic and energetic role that leads children through a variety of activities, including rock climbing, swimming, arts & crafts, gym games, and more. This position requires a high level of safety and fun for children from ages three to thirteen years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage children in interactive activities, including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, and games, while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Lead a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive, and outgoing attitude, acting as a role model.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
  • Promote monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
  • Ensure the use of supplies, snacks, and drinks follows the amount prearranged by the department budget.
Requirements
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
  • Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
  • Ability to tolerate loud noises.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.75 and paying up to $16.75, based on experience and qualifications.
