Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Job Summary:
MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our prestigious client's world-class medical team. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing and sterilizing operating rooms, assisting surgeons during procedures, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patients.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and sterilize operating rooms and equipment
• Assist surgeons during surgeries, handing off instruments and supplies with precision
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients
• Oversee surgical supplies and ensure everything is ready when needed
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
• Colorado Surgical Technologist license or ability to obtain it before start date
• Basic Life Support certification
• 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred)
