Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will support Management with all aspects of the store, including day-to-day operations, implementing company policies and procedures, and ensuring store standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
  2. Cultivate Client Relationships: Build loyal client relationships through exceptional customer experience
  3. Foster a Positive Work Environment: Encourage collaboration and open communication among colleagues and management
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relationships
What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on relevant skills and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, vacation time, sick and personal time, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401k matching.
