Radiology School Instructor Job Description

UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a Radiology School Instructor for a job in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Radiology School Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating Radiology School instructional programs and activities related to a degree program.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the assessment process and support the program manager to ensure effective program operation.
  • Utilize methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.
  • Prepare and maintain course outlines and objectives, instruct and evaluate students, and report progress.
  • Provide student counseling and discuss program fundamentals with interested applicants.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Registered as a Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
  • 2 years of clinical experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Loan Repayment
