We're seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Suncrest Companion Services in Dandridge, TN.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in home care and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Home Health Aide, you'll work one-on-one with our patients, providing support and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care services such as bathing, toileting, and feeding
  • Assisting with household tasks essential to clients' personal care
  • Reporting observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager
  • Driving safely and complying with traffic regulations when required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in home care preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patients' needs
  • Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing organizational needs
