Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of residential properties.
  • Work closely with the Property Manager to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Ensure tenant privacy and comply with fair housing regulations.
  • Prepare units for new tenants efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in accordance with established protocols.
  • Conduct inspections and upkeep of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure safety.
  • Collaborate respectfully with residential staff and external contractors.
  • Carry out pest control measures as required.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations and mobile technology.
  • Willingness to be on-call and travel to various properties.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in property management or a related field.
