About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Residential Photographer to join our team at Onward Search. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for capturing high-quality 3D virtual tours and photographs of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Storytelling: Create a portfolio of photographs that showcase the best features of each property, using your expertise to capture the perfect shot.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement visual content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and researchers to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Commercial Real Estate Data: Utilize your knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts to identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment, and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we'll provide training for the right candidate. You should be able to accurately capture and enter data, and have a strong understanding of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day, lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
