As a key member of our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints to showcase properties on our industry-leading marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Storytelling: Utilize your photography skills to create a portfolio of photographs that effectively showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with our scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Client Communication: Professionally interact with clients, sales teams, researcher partners, and management to prioritize tasks, initiatives, and projects.
- Market Coverage: Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Professional Representation: Represent clients in a professional manner at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
- Field Experience: Prior experience in the field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we will provide training for qualified candidates.
- Data Entry: Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Adaptability: Willingness to quickly learn and apply new concepts, such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
- Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps.
- Real Estate Photography: Prior experience in real estate photography is a significant advantage.
- Physical Demands: Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
- Equipment Handling: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
- Repetitive Movements: Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
- Occasional Bending: Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions.
- Seasonal Work: Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
- Rotating Schedule: Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
