Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at South East Alaska Regional Health Consortium. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN licensure in Alaska or other U.S. state.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
