Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservation and Ticket Agent to join our team at Granby Ranch. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, selling various products and services, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, answering questions, managing reservations, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sell lift tickets, rental equipment, and ski school lessons daily, as well as process coupons and promotions as required.
  • Process credit card cash transactions and adhere to strict guest and other privacy policies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of weather and snow conditions, Resort general information, Resort products & promotions, lodging packages, Resort & local events special events.
  • Work with other departments to ensure goals are met and processes are effective.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to handle guest interactions, both positive and negative, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the area and Granby Ranch services/amenities.
