Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservation and Ticket Agent to join our team at Granby Ranch. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, selling a variety of products and services, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sell lift tickets, rental equipment, and ski school lessons, as well as other products and services.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on weather and snow conditions, resort information, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
