Job Description
This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly internal processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in office administration or HR, working knowledge of Quickbooks, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including A/P and A/R, invoicing, and payroll processing
What We Offer:
- $75,000 to $100,000 salary range
- PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, matching 401K
