About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric inpatient team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients with various levels of acuity, providing high-quality care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Valid license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR/first responder certification
  • Acute care/IRU pediatric experience preferred
  • General OT: Motor, ADL, IADL experience preferred
  • Feeding/Dysphagia experience preferred
  • NICU experience preferred
