The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Consultant to join our leasing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the leasing process by conducting tours, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations to prospective residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to resident inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve sales goals, increase occupancy, and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our communities and drive leasing activity.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to ensure our communities remain competitive.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and resident satisfaction.
