About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Administrator to join our team at Parsons Company. As a BIM Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining digital libraries of BIM models, implementing new BIM tools, and ensuring BIM models remain up-to-date throughout the course of a project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain digital libraries of BIM models on ACC or another platform
  • Implement new BIM tools and select innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks or introducing new plug-ins for existing programs
  • Ensure BIM models remain up-to-date throughout the course of a project
  • Verify that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete
  • Participate in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process
  • Review and comment on BIM submittals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Familiarity with PM/CM functions in construction projects
  • One year of experience working with BIM-related processes and workflows
  • Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint
  • CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus and Microsoft Office products
