- Emergency Response and Critical Care: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, providing critical care and stabilization as needed.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Education and Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of five years' experience as an Emergency Room nurse, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, current at time of hire.
